Make a Pocket Altar

A pocket altar is a small, sacred space designed to be carried in a bag or pocket for prayer, meditation, or grounding. Pocket altars are a perfect use for treasured or fancier materials adding to their beauty and joy.

  • Ages: Teen, Adult

  • Bring: Small photos, charms, special mementos to personalize your altar.  Specific details will be shared in plenty of time for gathering treasures.

Flexible Tuition:

  • Pay It Forward Price: $130 – I am able to pay the tuition with an additional donation to support SAFA’s programs.

  • Full Price: $105 – I can make the price work financially.

  • Discount Price: $85 – (limited availability): Paying full price would be a stretch for me financially.

  • For All Price: $65 – (limited availability): Paying the full tuition would be a significant financial hardship.

Our goal is to make these workshops accessible to all, while maintaining sustainability of both the Arts for All Initiative and Schoodic Arts for All as a non-profit organization, as well as supporting our teaching artists by paying them fairly.
