Want to explore painting oil on leafed panels? How to skim-coat to let the color of the metal leaf affect your piece? How goopy layers cast shadows? Play with this technique to see if it speaks to your creative soul!

Instructor: Wendilee Heath O'Brien
Ages: Teen, Adult
Bring: sketchbook, pencils, oil paints (especially transparent colors), oil painting brushes, and palette!

Flexible Tuition:

Haiku in its precise use of words is a powerful tool to help the painter hone their vision for a piece and make clear choices, avoiding random mark making. It is also awfully fun to write haiku!
