An interactive and fun French Crepe making class taught by Crepe Master Sylvie Behar, originally from Lyon, France, and her assistant Gene Siemer. Our students will learn the history and origin of French crepes. They will be able to make their own crepes, both sweet and savory, in a professional set up, similar to a true French creperie. They will leave with the knowledge of techniques on how to make their own crepes at home.
