What is the Online Portal?
It is part of our new registration and donation system which allows you to keep track of everything you do with us in one place.
What can you do:
See all your workshop registrations
See all your online ticket purchases
See all your donations and your donation history
Download receipts
Update your profile/change your address
Set up automatic recurring giving
Of course, you can register, purchase tickets and donate as well
Do I have to have an account to register, purchase tickets, or donate?
No, having an account is NOT required. Why would you want to do so? Because it helps us keep track of everything all in one place: All your donations, ticket purchases, and registrations will be viewable in your account.
How do I create an account?
If you have registered for a workshop, donated, or purchased tickets through our website after January, you have likely been given the chance to open an account on our online portal. If you have done so, the user name and password will be the same.
If you do not already have an account, enter the email address you have used with us in the past and click on "Recover Account". You will be given the opportunity to create an account and our system will attempt to match your email address with one already on file.
Please always use the same email address for your online transactions with us. Even if you don’t have an account, that is how our system identifies you and matches your transaction with everything else you have done.
What do I do if I forgot my username or password?
If you have forgotten your user name or password, enter your email and click on “Recover Account.” You will be given a chance to reset your information.
When I try to set up an account with my email address, it gives me more than one choice for accounts. Why?
Our system matches registrations and donations with ones in our system by your name and email address. If you have used more than one email address, or if you have entered your name differently (such as a nickname instead of legal name), the system will create a separate account, believing you are a different individual. If you find that this has happened, let us know and we can merge the accounts for you.
How far back does the portal have information?
Workshop registration and ticket purchase information is available from 2019 forward. Donation history is available for your entire giving period.
Why can’t I find a donation I have made in the past?
Our system will track donations only by individuals, with a few exceptions. If you have donated in the past with a family member, partner, spouse, or significant other, the donations may have been recorded under that person’s name instead of your name. They will have their own account. Accounts can be connected as households.
Have the other individual check their account for donation history. If you still can’t find what you are looking for, give us a call at 207-963-2569 and we will assist you.
If I enter my credit card information, who is able to see that?
Only you. If you enter your credit card information to keep on file for a recurring donation, for example, we will be able to see that there is a card on file but we will only be able to see the last four digits of the number.
